1. Airport Pickups & Waiting Time

Cheap City Rides provides up to 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport pickups after your flight lands. After this period, a waiting charge of $0.50 CAD per minute may apply.

2. Residential & Business Pickups

For pickups from homes, offices, hotels, and businesses, drivers will wait up to 10 minutes at no additional charge. After the complimentary waiting period, a fee of $0.50 CAD per minute may be charged.

3. Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are not confirmed until approved by Cheap City Rides.
• A booking reference number must be issued.
• Confirmation may be sent via email, SMS, or phone.
• Cheap City Rides reserves the right to decline any booking.

4. Cancellations

Customers may cancel free of charge if notice is provided at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 12 hours may incur charges of up to 100% of the booking value.

5. Passenger No-Show Policy

If passengers cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts and fail to appear within the waiting period, the booking will be classified as a No-Show and the full fare will apply.

6. Additional Stops & Route Changes

Additional charges may apply when passengers request extra stops, destination changes, or route deviations during the trip. A minimum additional fee of $10 CAD may apply.

7. Holiday Surcharges

• December 24
• December 25
• December 26
• December 31
• January 1

An additional surcharge of up to 50% may apply on these dates.

8. Payment

• All fares are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
• Payment processing fees may apply.
• Charges will be disclosed before payment is completed.

9. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Provide correct flight details when applicable.
• Wear seat belts while travelling.
• Comply with all Canadian laws and regulations.
• Passengers may be charged for damage caused to vehicles.

10. Vehicle Availability

Cheap City Rides will make every effort to provide the requested vehicle type. However, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

Cheap City Rides shall not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, flight delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
